Equipment

  • 1 litre rectangle cake tin

  • Baking Paper

  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (450g) Aunty Kath’s™ Choc Fudge Brownie Dough

  • Walnuts or Pecans

  • White chocolate chips or squares

  • Raspberries or strawberries

Instructions

Take Brownie Dough out of the fridge while oven is preheating.

Preheat fan forced oven to 180º or for conventional ovens preheat to 200º.

Line the base of a 1L rectangle cake tin with baking paper.

Pour Brownie Dough into the prepared tin and spread mixture evenly to edges of the tin. Place the toppings in the order of your choice, push them into the mix gently with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes for a chewy centre.

Allow to cool completely in tin before slicing.
