Ingredients

  • 1 ½ rolls Aunty Kath’s Hot Cross Bun Cookie Dough

  • 250g speckled pastel chocolate eggs

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 165ºC and line a 26x21xm rectangular baking tray.

Break up your Aunty Kath’s cookie dough and scatter evenly across the tray, pressing down into one giant, even cookie.

Gently press the chocolate eggs into the surface and bake for 35 mins until golden.

Let it cool in the tin for 20 mins before removing and slicing. Then cool completely (if you can wait!) before serving. Yum!
