  • Electric waffle maker

Ingredients

  • ¼ roll of Aunty Kath’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

  • Strawberries, to serve

  • Chocolate sauce, to serve

  • Whipped cream, to serve

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat an electric waffle maker to medium heat and spray both sides with cooking spray.

Divide the 1/4 of Aunty Kath’s cookie dough roll into 4 equal portions and then roll into balls.

Place one ball in each quarter of the waffle maker.

Close and cook for 1 minute.

Turn off the waffle maker, leaving it closed and allow cookies to cool for 10 mins before opening and carefully removing.

Serve the cookie waffles warm drizzled with chocolate sauce, a generous scatter of chopped strawberries and a puff of whipped cream, and try to stop at one 😉
