  • 2 baking trays

  • Bowl

  • Baking paper

  • Ice-cream scoop

Ingredients

  • 1 roll (450G) of Aunty Kath’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, room temperature

  • ½ cup roughly crushed potato chips

  • ½ cup roughly crushed pretzels

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • 12 butterscotch candy pieces, crushed

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

In a bowl, break up the room temperature cookie dough into small pieces.

Add the other ingredients or feel free to substitute your own mix-ins for the ultimate compost cookie creation! Mix well.

Use an ice-cream scoop to portion the dough into 10 balls and arrange across both trays.

Make sure the cookies are as spaced out as possible!

Bake for 12-15 mins until light golden then allow to cool on the tray completely. Enjoy!
