  • Electric mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 roll (450G) of Aunty Kath’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, room temperature

  • 2 medium-sized, very ripe bananas

  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Line 6 holes of a standard muffin tin with muffin liners.

In a bowl, mash peeled bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add baking powder and crumble in Aunty Kath’s Cookie Dough.

Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients together forming a batter.

Scoop evenly into the muffin tins.

Bake for 22-25 mins or until the smell of banana cookie goodness wafts through the kitchen 😉 Or until golden on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
