COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat fan forced oven to 160º or for conventional ovens preheat to 180º. Lightly grease tray or cover with baking paper.

Slice from ring closure and peel back wrapper*.

For a medium size cookie, slice the roll into 1cm (30g of dough approximately) using the lines above as a guide. Or spoon/ tear off desired amount of dough and place on tray 5cm apart.)

Bake for 10-13 minutes for a chewy cookie and 13-15 minutes for a crunchy cookie.

Cool on tray for 2-3 minutes then enjoy!
