Time to take the humble cookie up a notch? This easy, indulgent slice will make you the talk of the town when you bring it to a party or serve it up at a special occasion 😍 Whoever you’re cookie-ing for, they won’t leave a crumb behind.

Ingredients
2 rolls of Aunty Kath’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
6 tbsp store-bought dulce de leche
Sea salt flakes
Butter or cooking spray (to grease tin)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.

Break up one of the rolls of Aunty Kath’s cookie dough and press into the base of the tin.

Smooth the surface and bake for 15 mins until light golden.

Allow the cookie base to cool for 15 mins then spread over the dulce de leche and sprinkle with sea salt.

Roughly break up the remaining cookie dough and scatter evenly over the top, gently press dough into any spaces.

Bake for another 15 mins until light golden.

Allow the slice to cool in the tin for an hour before turning out and cutting. Then enjoy with indulgence 😉
