1 roll (450G) Aunty Kath’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Preheat fan forced oven to 160º or for conventional ovens preheat to 180º. Lightly grease tray or cover with baking paper.

Slice from ring closure and peel back wrapper. [Caution: Keep metal rings away from children]

For a medium size cookie, slice down on the roll 1cm apart using 30g of dough. Or spoon/tear off desired amounts of dough and place on tray 5cm apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes for a chewy cookie and 10-13 minutes for a crunchy cookie.

Cool on tray for 2-3 minutes then enjoy!
