1 Roll (450G) Aunty Kath’s™ Gingerbread Cookie Dough

Preheat fan forced oven to 160º or for conventional ovens preheat to 180º. Lightly grease tray or cover with baking paper.

Slice from ring closure and peel back wrapper. [Caution: Keep metal rings away from children]

Roll out the dough - allow approx 1cm height for a medium-sized cookie. Using your Christmas shaped cookie cutters, cut out the cookies. Place on tray 5cm apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes for a chewy cookie and 10-13 minutes for a crunchy cookie.

Cool on tray for 2-3 minutes then enjoy!
